About the Role
The NetworX Configuration Analyst is responsible for setting up and maintaining client-specific configurations within the NetworX platform, ensuring accurate data processing, workflow execution, and system integration while supporting project delivery and operational stability.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the NetworX application according to client requirements
- Set up client-specific workflows, rules, and automation within the platform
- Map and transform data inputs to align with system specifications
- Validate system configurations through testing and quality assurance processes
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to understand client needs and technical requirements
- Document configuration settings and changes for audit and reference purposes
- Support integration of NetworX with external systems and data sources
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- Assist in training team members on configuration best practices
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Participate in client meetings to clarify technical expectations
- Maintain version control for configuration files and updates
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation reviews
- Work with stakeholders to refine business rules within the platform
