About the Role

The Network Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's network systems, providing technical expertise to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime
  • Analyze network traffic patterns to identify potential bottlenecks
  • Support configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Respond to network outages and implement timely resolutions
  • Document network architecture and update diagrams regularly
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce network protection measures
  • Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and expansions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
  • Perform capacity planning to support future business growth
  • Work with vendors to resolve hardware and service-related issues
  • Conduct regular network health checks and performance tuning
  • Deploy and manage wireless network infrastructure
  • Support integration of new sites into existing network frameworks
  • Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Evaluate new networking technologies for potential adoption
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members
  • Ensure consistent network access across multiple locations
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues reported by end users
  • Implement Quality of Service (QoS) policies for critical applications
  • Support cloud connectivity and hybrid network environments
  • Maintain network segmentation for security and efficiency
  • Assist in asset management for network hardware
  • Contribute to project teams requiring network expertise
