Cystems Logic Inc is seeking a NetSuite Systems Integration Consultant to join our team in Chicago, IL. You will lead and support end-to-end NetSuite Record to Report (R2R) implementations, serving as the primary advisor for optimizing financial processes. Your work will streamline general ledger, period close, consolidations, and financial reporting through expert NetSuite configuration and integration.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end NetSuite Record to Report implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Act as the primary advisor for R2R process optimization, leveraging NetSuite functionality for general ledger, journal entries, period close, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions.
Configure and maintain NetSuite modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Multi-Book Accounting.
Develop process flows, functional specifications, and user training materials for R2R processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve R2R issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users on NetSuite R2R best practices.
Stay current with NetSuite updates and proactively recommend system enhancements.
Integrate technical components, IT systems, and organizational processes.
Develop and deploy integrated information systems.
Conduct infrastructure engineering, development, and integration activities.
Manage data migration and open-source integration projects.
Perform enterprise application integration, gap analysis, and benchmarking.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite, with a focus on Record to Report (R2R) processes.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial close cycles, consolidations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in NetSuite configuration for General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Period Close, and Financial Reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Must have NetSuite Integration experience.
Required Experience: 12+ Years.

Nice to Have

Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteAnalytics.
NetSuite certification(s).
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany eliminations in NetSuite.
Familiarity with NetSuite integrations (APIs, third-party tools) and data migration.
Prior involvement in finance transformation or ERP optimization projects.
Experience providing enterprise data management and collaboration tools.
