About the Role
This role involves delivering real-time chat support to users in the cryptocurrency space, primarily serving customers who speak Kazakh as their first language. The consultant will address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience through accurate and timely responses.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in the Kazakh language
- Assist users with account setup and verification processes
- Explain cryptocurrency platform features and functionality
- Guide customers through deposit and withdrawal procedures
- Troubleshoot login and access issues
- Report technical bugs to internal teams
- Escalate complex cases to specialized departments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates
- Follow security protocols when handling user data
- Provide clear explanations of transaction statuses
- Assist with two-factor authentication problems
- Clarify terms of service and platform policies
- Monitor chat quality and response accuracy
- Adhere to response time standards
- Document interactions in support systems
Compensation

Languages
- Native-level Kazakh required
- Professional working proficiency in English

Schedule
- Shifts available in UTC+5 and UTC+6 time zones
- Rotating weekend and evening coverage required
