Assist customers navigating crypto-related services through live chat, delivering accurate information and resolving technical or account-related concerns efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Guide customers through account setup and verification processes
- Explain cryptocurrency transactions, wallet functions, and platform features
- Troubleshoot login and access issues across devices
- Escalate complex technical problems to specialized teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blockchain protocols and digital assets
- Follow security protocols when handling sensitive user data
- Document customer interactions and common support cases
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse customer backgrounds
- Meet performance metrics related to response time and resolution rate
- Work flexible shifts to cover multiple time zones
- Report platform bugs or user interface issues
- Assist with onboarding materials for new users
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support workflows
- Stay compliant with regulatory guidelines in customer interactions
