SupportYourApp is looking for a native Finnish-speaking Chat Support Consultant, Crypto to deliver high-quality customer support for a global Support-as-a-Service company. You will provide expert support in crypto trading via live chat and email, building lasting customer relationships in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support in crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What We're Looking For
- Native Finnish speaker.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- At least 6 months of live chat support experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Live chat support experience preferably in crypto or financial services.
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
- Crypto industry knowledge.
- CRM experience in Salesforce.
