Colibri Group was looking for a National Sales Manager

Colibri Group is hiring a National Sales Manager for our Becker division. In this role, you will lead and execute B2B sales strategies specifically within the accounting professional education and certification sector.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy for Becker's B2B offerings.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise clients in the accounting industry.
  • Partner with internal teams to structure and negotiate complex sales agreements.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking against targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a B2B sales leadership role, preferably within professional education or services.
  • Deep understanding of the accounting industry ecosystem and buyer personas.
  • Strong ability to build strategic relationships at the executive level.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
