About the Role

Telefónica is looking for a National Enterprise Segment Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of our enterprise segment nationally. In this role, you will drive portfolio expansion, increase the customer base, and deepen the penetration of digital, mobile, and fixed connectivity solutions across Ecuador. You will define the commercial strategy for this segment and ensure its execution in the Costa and Sierra regions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute the national commercial strategy for the enterprise segment.
  • Lead and manage the Regional Heads for Costa and Sierra and their sales teams.
  • Drive the development and adoption of the complete portfolio of solutions (Digital, Mobile, and Connectivity).
  • Monitor results, define goals, and manage business indicators.
  • Develop commercial initiatives and tactical actions in collaboration with Product teams.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B commercial areas.
  • Proven experience leading regional or national commercial teams.
  • Knowledge in digital solutions, networks, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, and consultative sales models.
  • Experience managing comprehensive portfolios (mobile, fixed, digital) and consultative sales to SME companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop commercial strategies, create annual plans, and manage KPIs for growth, customer base, and digital penetration.
  • Proven capability to manage indirect sales teams through regional leaders.
  • Native Spanish.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for technical reading, supplier relationship management, and presentations to executive committees.

Nice to Have

  • Postgraduate studies (MBA or specialization in commercial management, digital business, or telecommunications).

Team & Environment

You will lead and manage the Regional Heads for Costa and Sierra and their sales teams.
