About the Role
This role is responsible for leading national account strategy, managing high-value customer relationships, and expanding market presence through data-driven planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of national account strategies
- Manage relationships with major healthcare providers and group purchasing organizations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with large-scale clients
- Drive sales growth within assigned national accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and account plans
- Represent the organization at industry events and meetings
- Serve as primary point of contact for key national clients
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Coordinate responses to customer inquiries and requests
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Support onboarding and training for new account team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Facilitate internal alignment on customer-specific initiatives
- Work with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery
- Address customer escalations promptly and effectively
- Promote product adoption through targeted engagement
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints
- Manage account documentation and contract renewals
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
- Support corporate initiatives related to national account growth
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
Compensation
