ForTec Medical is hiring a National Accounts Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading national account strategy, managing high-value customer relationships, and expanding market presence through data-driven planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of national account strategies
  • Manage relationships with major healthcare providers and group purchasing organizations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with large-scale clients
  • Drive sales growth within assigned national accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs
  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and account plans
  • Represent the organization at industry events and meetings
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key national clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Coordinate responses to customer inquiries and requests
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Support onboarding and training for new account team members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
  • Facilitate internal alignment on customer-specific initiatives
  • Work with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery
  • Address customer escalations promptly and effectively
  • Promote product adoption through targeted engagement
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development
  • Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints
  • Manage account documentation and contract renewals
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
  • Support corporate initiatives related to national account growth
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives

Hybrid with significant travel required

Travel Requirements
