Downeast Cider House is hiring a National Accounts Manager to own and grow our sales relationships with key national accounts. You will develop and execute the sales strategy that expands our market presence and drives revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the national account sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key national retail and distributor partners.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and brand standards are upheld.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales cycle for designated national accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a National Accounts Manager or similar senior sales role within the beverage or CPG industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large national retail or distributor accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position, open to candidates in Boston, MA and surrounding areas.
