Miner, LTD is hiring a National Account Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and meet sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with designated Miner National Accounts. What You'll Do
- Drive and manage the sales process with designated national accounts based on executed agreements.
- Drive KPI results to target, including site calls, site visits, site activations, revenue, gross profit, SafeACT sold, SafeCHECK sold, quotes generated, and quotes closed-won/lost.
- Act as a solutions expert consultant to help partners with their unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
- Work with senior management to establish a clear plan for growing national account sales within a defined territory.
- Collaborate with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies.
- Work seamlessly with National Account Managers to address barriers or customer issues promptly.
- Utilize the company CRM/Tracker to provide visibility and communicate activity in your assigned territory.
- Utilize SafeACT to provide recurring service to customers.
- Utilize SafeCHECK to provide national account surveys and summaries.
- Attend company national account introductory sessions and training programs, and accompany associates on ride-alongs.
- Prepare appropriate specifications and service expectations in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Calculate accurate job costs and market-based pricing for solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service in all communications.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ownership of reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
Nice to Have
- Direct business-to-business sales experience.
- Experience in Industrial Sales.
- Further education beyond a High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
