Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key studio) is looking for a National Account Manager to drive continued growth and success with Fan, Specialty, and Grocery Channel retail partners in New Zealand. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of sales plans across Hasbro's toy and game consumer products categories.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute the customer strategy to deliver against 3-year growth objectives and 1-year financial, POS, and share goals.
- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with key customers through an aligned Joint Business Plan.
- Utilize analytics and data to understand and apply ROI metrics to maximize trade spend.
- Collaborate with marketing, shopper insights, field merchandising, demand planning, and finance to align on key brand and category strategies.
- Deliver exceptional forecast accuracy to drive high levels of DIFOT.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial account management experience within a Specialty or grocery background.
- Ability to think entrepreneurially to accelerate growth opportunities.
- Adaptability and a mindset for future-focused strategic decisions.
- A collaborative, flexible approach with a focus on building trusting relationships.
- Commercial savvy, with experience in category management and leveraging shopper insights.
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of data-processing tools.
- Ambitious, proactive, result-oriented, self-initiating, persistent, and independent.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a passion for the toy and fan business.
Nice to Have
- Background in Toy & Games, General Merchandise, Hard Goods, FMCG, or online retail.
