Salesforce, the Customer Company, is looking for a Named Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with a select group of named accounts. In this role, you'll act as a 'General Manager' for your territory, deeply embedding with customers to understand their challenges and align the full Salesforce platform to their business goals.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their company challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that help them reach their business goals.
- Map account strategies, align resources, and act as an extension of your customer.
- Work closely with product specialists (co-primes) to map out the best strategy for the customer.
- Collaborate with solutions architects and sales engineers for technical support.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in value/consultative selling of complex technology or business applications across industry segments.
- Experience selling at the 'C' level.
- Consistent track record of leading extended teams.
- Understanding of the business requirements of customers within multiple industries.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in multifaceted, energizing environments.
- Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work).
- Fluency in English and in French.

- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong ability to develop cases and service requirements.
- Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sales Methodology education.
- Middle/Large Accounts experience.
- Ability to craft and lead strategic alliances.

- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
