Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Named Account Executive responsible for selling the entire Salesforce platform into a small set of named accounts in Belgium. You will act as a ‘General Manager’ for your accounts, mapping strategies and aligning resources.
What You'll Do
- Map account strategies and align resources as an extension of the customer.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to understand their company challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that help them reach business goals.
- Work closely with product specialists (co-primes), solutions architects, and sales engineers to map out the best customer strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Ability to establish account plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Skill in research and discovery to uncover a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals.
- Ability to identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Strong communication skills, interacting with customers clearly and timely using various methods and tools.
- Ability to continuously run toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
- Experience with team selling, aligning with the full capacities of the account team and partners.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
