Salesforce is looking for a Named Account Executive 6 to drive growth and digital transformation in LATAM through consultative, value-based sales. In this role, you will build innovative initiatives and trusted relationships by focusing on AI-driven business processes and multi-year, multi-cloud transformation programs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultative sales to new prospects.
- Design and articulate business cases based on financial impact.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies by industry.
- Connect solutions like Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, or AI Cloud with business outcomes.
- Build multi-year, multi-cloud transformation programs.
- Lead Big Deals (7-figure ACV) from strategy to closure.
- Orchestrate deals through internal teams and partners.
- Structure complex commercial agreements.
- Sell AI, Data, Platform, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Articulate and co-design Enterprise Agent use cases.
- Lead POVs, pilots, or value-based Plays.
- Balance long-cycle strategic business with short-term pipeline hygiene.
- Act as the CEO of the account and lead without authority.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in technology companies (SaaS, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Data, or AI).
- Proven track record of interacting with C-Level executives and managing complex sales cycles (6-12 months).
- Ability to structure solid business cases (ROI, TCO, Payback) to justify technology investment.
- Regional or multinational experience in LATAM, managing territories or corporate clients.
- Consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Fluency in forecasting, pipeline management, and methodologies like Sandler.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Proven experience leading Big Deals (7-figure ACV).
- Strong monthly execution cadence and forecasting rigor.
- Proven consistency in pipeline generation, coverage, and deal progression.
- Solid understanding of customer economics and ROI modeling.
- High level of ownership, resilience, and accountability.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience at Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, or NetSuite.
- Experience selling AI-driven initiatives.
