About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the small and medium business market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in sales training and development programs
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and demand
- Provide input on pricing and packaging strategies
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
