About the Role

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth in the small and medium business sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the small and medium business market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Participate in sales training and development programs
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and demand
  • Provide input on pricing and packaging strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities
  • Participate in team meetings and calls to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to streamline processes
  • Provide input on sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Participate in the onboarding and training of new sales team members
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and materials
  • Provide input on sales compensation and incentive programs
  • Participate in the development of sales training programs
