Samsung Electronics Canada is hiring an MX Sales FPT Professional to shape and execute sales strategy for selected channel accounts. You will lay the foundation for revenue growth by building trust and teamwork with partners, directly impacting the regional business plan.
What You'll Do
- Prepare optimal sales targets to drive continuous growth for both Samsung and channel partners, while motivating personnel.
- Plan sales strategy by analyzing assigned channel accounts, the business district, and product landscape to meet targets.
- Execute sales activities focused on achieving targets through cooperative methods with channel accounts.
- Build trust with channel accounts to establish a foundation for sustained revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
- At least 4 years of sales or key account management experience within the electronics industry.
- Strong sales management, decision-making, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced electronics or consumer electronics environment.
- Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, creativity, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking.
- Independent, self-motivated nature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- An analytical, results-oriented team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good command of the English language.
