Medline Industries, LP is hiring an MX Production Technical Operator to perform safety testing and software installation on production units. You will assemble products to specification, interpret visual guides for cable cutting and soldering, and ensure all quality and safety standards are met.
What You'll Do
- Assemble products according to current specifications
- Detect and report questionable quality materials to your immediate supervisor
- Report unsafe conditions and acts to your immediate supervisor
- Execute safety tests on OMNIA on all units to rule out short circuits
- Install software on all production units
- Review and ensure 100% that units do not present leaks
- Calibrate the unit and perform dry testing
- Interpret visual aids for cutting, stripping, and soldering cables on electronic boards
- Perform soldering with a soldering iron
- Complete 100% of the recertification process for the Neptune family
- Assemble and verify the location and quantity of labels on the unit
- Follow appropriate safety techniques when using tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with the applicable training matrix for the position
- Support new personnel during their learning curve with your experience
- Perform line clearances when required
- Participate in filling out applicable documentation (DHR’s)
- Comply with the 5S program in your area
- Support the packaging area
