Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is looking for a Senior Multimedia Production Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of integrated marketing projects. In this role, you will apply your seasoned multimedia operations and project management expertise to oversee multiple concurrent campaigns from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Lead project coordination from intake through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and resourcing remain aligned.
- Manage master schedules across studios, crews, post-production teams, and parallel projects.
- Gather requirements, enter and track work, and maintain daily project updates in Workfront.
- Facilitate cross-team production meetings, identifying risks and dependencies, and communicating status to multimedia leads.
- Support logistics planning, source equipment rentals, and coordinate talent and models.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, templates, and documentation to improve operational consistency.
- Develop project budgets for leadership review, process invoices, and recommend cost-efficient resource solutions.
- Ensure safe, professional, and efficient production operations across studio and field environments.
- Document campaign requirements and develop campaign proposals and presentations.
- Implement campaign planning standards and processes for structuring Marketing projects.
- Oversee high priority direct marketing campaigns through knowledge of sales strategy and direct mail processes.
- Communicate agreed upon deadlines for copy, creative, approvals, and production/fulfillment.
- Work with other departments to establish new workflow and process improvements.
- Collaborate on online media advertising campaigns, internet search, and third party service providers.
- Monitor and report campaign costs.
- Build campaign reporting and performance benchmarks.
- Coordinate online advertising campaigns to ensure data requirements and business requirements stay aligned.
- Utilize website analytics software to analyze web site performance and trends.
- Enter marketing activities into enterprise marketing and CRM software system(s).
- Evaluate, understand and interpret data for actionable decisions to achieve business results.
- Support internal and external marketing activities that may extend into social media.
- Collaborate on process automation, including trigger based campaigns, auto-responders, and lead nurture programs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or communications required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of marketing or communications experience.
- Proven and effective marketing campaign and project planning experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Campaign Management software such as Aprimo, Eloqa, or Unica.
- Advanced use of office applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous ad agency or client management experiences.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Ability to present ideas in a persuasive manner.
