Responsibilities
- Join a client organization as an alumnus of the mthree program
- Develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable custom or commercial software solutions
- Assist in maintaining systems such as algorithmic trading platforms and regulatory reporting tools
- Collaborate with a distributed team across global locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field
- Minimum academic average of 60% with no pending backlogs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C++, or others
- Effective problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Strong grasp of core software engineering concepts including data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multithreading
- Familiarity with the formal stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of test-driven development methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience in competitive programming is a plus
