CrowdStrike is hiring an MSSP Renewals Specialist to own the strategic renewal process for our European MSSP partners. You'll join a mission-driven company that cultivates a culture of belonging and ownership.

What You'll Do

Drive renewal strategy and execution for your assigned MSSP partners portfolio.
Proactively manage renewal pipelines and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with MSSP partners to ensure timely contract renewals.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor and analyze partner usage, adoption, and satisfaction metrics.
Work closely with Sales, Partner Success, and Customer Success teams.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in software or SaaS renewals, preferably in cybersecurity.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level partnerships.
Strong understanding of MSSP business models and the security landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellence in relationship management.
Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Additional European languages are a plus.
Experience with CrowdStrike products and services.
Knowledge of European market dynamics and business practices.
Previous experience working with MSSPs or channel partners.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
