Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and implementation of renewals for a designated set of MSSP partners
- Actively oversee renewal pipelines and maintain accurate forecasting
- Partner with MSSPs to facilitate on-time contract renewals
- Uncover and act on expansion opportunities in current partner accounts
- Track and assess partner usage, product adoption, and satisfaction indicators
- Coordinate with Sales, Partner Success, and Customer Success departments
