Capgemini is seeking a MS Dynamics Technical Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking and payment systems. This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of banking and payment projects leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
- Maintain and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items for development teams in Azure DevOps.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Customer Service, Payments).
- Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
- Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and deliver training sessions for end-users.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, PCI DSS standards, and data privacy requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the retail banking or payments domain.
- 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, or Customer Engagement.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, data migration, and SQL.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and ACH payment standards.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.

- Compensation range: $96,366 to $150,000.
