Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirements related to retail banking and payment operations.
- Manage and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization in Azure DevOps for development teams.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Customer Service, and Payments.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements based on industry standards.
- Support integration between Dynamics 365 and core banking systems, payment gateways, and external applications.
- Develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate compliance with functional and regulatory standards.
- Create user documentation, process guides, and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations, PCI DSS, and data privacy requirements.
