Talentus Global is seeking a MS Dynamics Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both). The role involves leading solution design, integration strategies, and providing technical leadership across global projects with U.S. clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both) aligned with business requirements.
- Lead solution design workshops, translating functional needs into scalable technical architectures.
- Define integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (Azure, APIs, third-party platforms).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Oversee customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 environments following best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and validate solution design, code, and architecture to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Support deployment strategies, DevOps processes, and environment management.
- Stay updated with Microsoft ecosystem innovations and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience in solution design or architecture roles within Dynamics environments.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Solid understanding and hand-on experience with integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure) are required.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
- Must have experience working for US customers.
