About the Role

Capgemini is looking for an MS Dynamics Power Platform Architect to lead the technical architecture for enterprise Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform solutions. In this client-facing role, you will design scalable architecture, lead technical workshops, and drive solution delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
  • Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
  • Provide highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture.
  • Lead technical workshops with Business and technology partners to design and develop architecture solutions.
  • Be accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership.
  • Lead technical efforts for PreSales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions and POCs.
  • Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with the Product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM plus Power Platform CoE experience.
  • Strong technical and client-facing skills.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service) and knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite products.
  • Experience setting up Power Platform CoE and citizen Developer programs.
  • Hands-on experience in C#, .Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS.
  • Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and ability to map integration pattern to functional usage.
  • Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools, APIs/REST, ODATA, WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Experience in using Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.), PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for integrations.
  • Experience in data migration, data analysis, data mappings, and data harmonization using OOB and third-party tools.
  • Experienced in reporting architecture with SSRS.
  • Experience in effective management of cloud platform resources and good understanding of security models and connectivity CRM systems.
  • Technical expertise in set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think independently and be solution-driven.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Technical expertise in middleware tools, preferably Mulesoft.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 in Online/OnPremise implementations and environments and prior versions.
  • Preferable experience in Azure Data Factory.
  • Knowledge on Power BI.
  • Knowledge in latest features of Dynamics 365 platform (Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, etc.).
  • Exposure in driving information management strategy design and deployment on cloud platforms, preferably on Web Services global infrastructure and services.
  • Exposure in financial services/Banking.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations.
