About the Role

Serve as the clinical lead for permanently stationed mobile MRI units in Los Angeles, prioritizing diagnostic precision, patient safety, and adherence to ACR standards. Report to the Director of Imaging Performance and operate within a technology-driven, patient-first environment. Deliver accessible, fast, and transparent diagnostic imaging services using Siemens Espree MRI systems. Take full responsibility for end-to-end imaging operations in a stable, non-traveling onsite role. Contribute to a mission-focused organization improving patient healthcare outcomes through efficient diagnostics

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans with an emphasis on diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by clearly explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring safety throughout exams
  • Maintain and operate Siemens Espree MRI systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Document daily quality control and quality assurance procedures to support safety and accreditation requirements
  • Lead patient screening and safety protocols to create a smooth, low-anxiety experience for all patients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for equipment issues, identifying problems early and coordinating with Field Service Engineers
  • Use Acuity Scheduling and Google Workspace to manage patient scheduling, workflow, and digital recordkeeping

Requirements

  • Current ARRT (MR) certification required
  • Extensive hands-on experience operating Siemens Espree MRI systems
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving or maintaining ACR certification for MRI facilities
  • Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards and thorough patient screening practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with engineers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs and Sheets
  • Quick adaptability to scheduling platforms such as Acuity
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Hawthorne, CA
