Responsibilities
- Create high-impact design materials like ad campaigns and landing pages supported by performance data to improve digital marketing metrics.
- Develop motion graphics and concise video edits optimized for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Repurpose existing video content into effective, platform-specific advertisements that match technical requirements and viewer engagement patterns.
- Work closely with media and content teams to ensure motion content reflects audience data and aligns with campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistent branding across all visual, animated, and video content while creatively adjusting for different audiences and platforms.
- Partner with internal and client teams to understand business goals, audience profiles, and performance metrics to inform A/B testing and data-driven design strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments using conversion rate optimization tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
- Perform user research, usability evaluations, and heat map analysis to inform and validate design choices.
- Refine and improve designs continuously based on performance data, user feedback, and test results.
- Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders while incorporating feedback.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in conversion optimization and user experience design.
