Gateway First Bank is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Operations Analyst I to join its team in Jenks, OK. This role is pivotal in creating metrics and reports for management and executing initiatives that drive positive results for our mortgage servicing group. You will work directly with lines of business to assess functions, identify areas for improvement, and focus on automation and compliance.

What You'll Do

Work with lines of business to develop new letters and maintain a library of existing letters.
Utilize SQL to perform continuous analysis of servicing states to identify potential risks.
Create and run standard and ad hoc reports.
Run and maintain business automation scripts in the Mortgage Servicing Service Bureau.
Track data as needed to generate and automate specialized reports.
Report metrics for tracking performance and recommend improvements where performance deviates from industry averages.
Manipulate data using spreadsheet applications, Power BI, or database tools, applying technical knowledge of operations and data analysis objectives.
Maintain dashboards in Power BI for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reviews.
Investigate, analyze, and correct discrepancies; provide feedback and recommendations to management.
Analyze datasets from multiple sources to conduct root-cause analysis and propose solutions.
Analyze performance volumes and patterns, reporting forecast and actual performance.
Exercise awareness regarding suspicious activity, money laundering, or fraud, reporting incidents to the BSA department.
Perform all job functions in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
