Remote VA is hiring a Mortgage Broker Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Commercial Mortgage Broker. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks by managing documentation, client files, and stakeholder communication, all from your location in Panama.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, review, and organize paperwork for commercial mortgage applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with gathering required documents from clients and third parties.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage emails, and communicate with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Use Excel to track loan pipelines, update client information, organize data, and prepare simple reports.
  • Ensure all forms and submissions are complete, compliant, and error-free.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial tasks to support the Mortgage Broker’s daily workflow.
