What You'll Do
- Originate mortgages using Perch's automated platform.
- Focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
- Self-generate most or all of your leads.
What We're Looking For
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
