About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing compliance frameworks, monitoring program performance, and ensuring regulatory alignment across healthcare innovation projects, with a focus on quality assurance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of monitoring and compliance systems for healthcare programs
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry-specific healthcare regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of project activities and data practices
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate compliance protocols into operations
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reporting templates
  • Support the development of internal control frameworks for healthcare initiatives
  • Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and update policies accordingly
  • Train staff on compliance requirements and best practices
  • Facilitate communication between legal, technical, and program teams on regulatory matters
  • Evaluate program performance using compliance metrics and quality indicators
  • Prepare reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory consultants
  • Ensure data privacy and security standards are met across projects
  • Support certification and accreditation processes for healthcare programs
  • Oversee corrective action plans following audit findings
  • Promote a culture of compliance across project teams
  • Assist in the development of monitoring tools and dashboards
  • Review contracts and subaward agreements for compliance obligations
  • Track compliance deadlines and regulatory submission requirements
  • Coordinate with external partners to align compliance expectations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare innovation trends and regulatory landscapes
  • Contribute to policy recommendations based on compliance insights
  • Ensure equity and access standards are integrated into compliance frameworks
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to program integrity
