The Mission Support Administrator (Spanish/English) is a full-time independent contractor role with Anavah Talent, supporting the President & Executive Director remotely, preferably from Latin America. This individual will play a key role in administrative, operational, and communication tasks that empower leadership in equipping pastors to start and grow thriving churches.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for leadership
- Handle expenses, reimbursements, and monthly financial tracking
- Attend key meetings, take notes, and assign action items
- Assist with donor coordination and development tasks
- Maintain partner communications and impact reporting
- Help run email campaigns, newsletters, and weekly updates
- Translate and maintain resources in Spanish
- Coordinate podcasts and digital content
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline operations
What We're Looking For
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Passionate about serving God and church multiplication
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage calendars, appointments, and travel
- Experience handling expenses, reimbursements, and financial tracking

Team & Environment
Reports directly to the President & Executive Director. The role operates within a culture of passion for serving God, commitment to church multiplication, and supporting pastoral leadership.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Up to $2000/mo
Work Mode
Remote position with preference for candidates in Latin America. Work schedule should align with the CST time zone.
