Support Ministry Leadership with Purpose and Precision

This is a full-time, remote contractor position designed for a highly organized, proactive individual passionate about advancing church multiplication. As a Mission Support Administrator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth operations for leadership by managing schedules, communications, financial tracking, and digital outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel logistics for leadership
  • Track monthly expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Attend leadership meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items
  • Support donor engagement and assist with development initiatives
  • Maintain consistent communication with ministry partners and prepare impact reports
  • Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and weekly ministry updates
  • Translate and update ministry resources between Spanish and English
  • Oversee podcast production and digital content distribution
  • Design and maintain automated workflows to improve efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in administrative and operational support roles
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with financial tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursement processes
  • Skill in organizing meetings, capturing notes, and driving follow-through
  • Background in donor coordination, partner communication, or ministry administration
  • Comfort with email marketing platforms and content management systems
  • Ability to create and maintain automated systems for recurring tasks

Work Environment

This role is fully remote with a preference for candidates in Latin America who can align with Central Standard Time. You’ll work independently while remaining closely connected to leadership, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
