Responsibilities
- Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of computers and related systems
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
- Provide end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support
- Replace network and fiber cable
- Decommission old systems
- Install, configure, and maintain VTCs, TVs, and phone systems
- Coordinate development of deliverables and products
- Must be able to track project studies, plans, action items, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies assigned
- Participate in special projects as required

- As part of your role/function on the program, you will be granted privileged user access
- Privileged Users are subject to greater scrutiny as a direct result of the significant responsibilities placed upon them
- You will be subject to additional IT system monitoring, and supervisory evaluation to ensure continuous adherence to Privileged User processes and procedures

- Must possess appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment; either CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), OR CCNA-Security. CompTIA Security+ CE is the preferred certification. In addition, must attain the required DoD 8570 Computing Environment (CE) Certification within six (6) months of Hire Date
