Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of Dawson’s Overburden Drilling & Mine Service Operations
- Demonstrate a drive for safety as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Manage and lead a large team of operators to ensure operational production standards are met
- Effectively plan, monitor and coordinate personnel, equipment and resources
- Achieve Dawson’s set targets and schedules
- Coach and mentor an established crew
- Work effectively with other departments on site whilst maintaining strong relationships
Requirements
- Experience in Drills and Mine Services
- Proven experience as a Mining Supervisor
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Drive for safety

- Experience with investigative challenges
