  • Support the development of government-required deliverables, including analyzing data and compiling inputs from your team.
  • Ensure team adherence to internal requirements for outreach plans, travel reports, and updates to reporting tools.
  • Travel extensively throughout your assigned region to assess and document the needs of military families, identify recommendations to address service gaps, and form relationships with community providers and military representatives.
  • Support on-demand events, such as staffing exhibit booths, providing briefings and trainings, facilitating referrals, and building coalitions to connect resources.
  • Submit orders for educational and marketing materials.

  • A minimum of 15 years of combined experience: at least 10 years of prior military service or relevant knowledge, plus 5 years in Military Service Programs and marketing, sales, recruiting, education, or similar networking-intensive work.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in either military or civilian roles.
  • Strong customer service skills, knowledge of field operations, and a deep understanding of the military lifestyle.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within your assigned geographical region.
  • Ability to tailor communications to multiple audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with project administration and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service quality and/or help desk environments.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
