Glow25 (by Primal State Performance GmbH) is hiring a Midlevel CRM Manager (all genders)

At Glow25, a dynamic, fast-growing beauty company, we are looking for a Mid-Level CRM Manager (all genders). You will be responsible for strategic and operational CRM tasks to create lasting glow moments for our community and team.

What You'll Do

• Develop personalized email campaigns from segmentation and content selection to copywriting and design.
• Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns using tools like Klaviyo and Chatarmin, introduce new solutions, and ensure smooth processes.
• Independently lead various strategic CRM projects to drive CRM efforts forward.
• Analyze and evaluate relevant CRM data to continuously optimize campaigns and automations.
• Keep contact lists clean and up to date, and document campaigns and workflows for transparency and improvement.
• Develop innovative monetization concepts in close collaboration with other teams to significantly increase Customer Lifetime Value.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Klaviyo.
• Highly self-organized and work in a structured manner.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Speak German at a B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce and D2C business models, familiar with customer lifecycle, subscription models, and repeat purchases.
• Great eye for trends and innovations in customer retention and CRM.
• Initial experience with WhatsApp as a marketing channel.
