CloudLinux is looking for a Middle Scrum Master to join our remote-first team. You will support our Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) department, which delivers a product enabling clients to use end-of-life software versions. In this role, you'll guide 3-4 teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting Agile practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead team process enhancement using Agile and Lean principles through coaching, motivation, and relationship building.
- Mentor product owners and team leaders while actively engaging with the product.
- Collaborate with designated teams, providing hands-on Agile coaching and guidance.
- Facilitate gradual changes within teams, guiding them towards Agile thinking.
- Identify and address team needs and challenges, empowering them to embrace continuous improvement.
- Help teams respond to change quickly and adapt to a startup environment.
- Support teams in adopting technical excellence and best practices from the Agile perspective.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant Agile/Scrum certification.
- Proven experience in a similar Scrum Master role within software development teams.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Kanban.
- Proficiency in Agile coaching and facilitation, guiding teams to self-organization and high performance.
- Hands-on experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to collaboratively guide teams and the organization through change by co-creating solutions.
- Ability to identify and handle conflicts before they hinder the team’s progress.
- Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- An understanding of product thinking, guiding teams towards a business-oriented approach.
- Broad understanding of software development and delivery processes, including requirements definition and release processes.
- A technical background with proven experience in Software Development or QA Automation.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Lean & DevOps principles.
Team & Environment
You will support 3-4 teams within the ELS department. This includes teams in Kanban mode handling CVE response, as well as teams driving automation and process stability.
