The Boeing Company is seeking a Middle East Sustainment Project Management Specialist to join the Boeing Global Services (BGS) team in Berkeley, MO. You will support the F-15QA Logistics and Sustainment program, executing across product support elements and leading new business proposals for a US Government customer. This role requires program management discipline and collaboration skills to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and provide oversight for a portfolio of complex projects, including performance management metrics and reporting, to support organizational goals.
Lead proposal, technical, and cost volume development and project execution by defining required activities, resources, and tasks.
Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans.
Lead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders.
Manage Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, including associated mitigation and implementation plans.
Establish and communicate objectives to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time.
Create schedules, reports, and metrics, and manage change activity throughout the program lifecycle.
Interface, communicate, and develop relationships with our US Government customer.
Integrate with various business units, cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project or program management skills.
Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.
Experience developing presentations for leadership.

Nice to Have

Experience working with and/or managing supply chain processes and functions.
Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means.
Experience managing contractual deliverables.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time both domestically and internationally.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $107,950 - $146,050.
Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
