Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to environmental health and safety protocols by actively participating in and implementing safety plans and conducting regular site audits.
- Lead and supervise all members of the project team, including engineers, superintendents, and field coordinators.
- Guide and train project engineers to support professional development and adaptability in a rapidly growing environment.
- Maintain comprehensive, detailed understanding of every aspect of project scope.
- Oversee financial aspects including cost management, invoicing, collections, change orders, cash flow, and monthly reporting.
- Support and challenge on-site teams and self-perform crews to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Take full responsibility for project delivery, financial outcomes, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project scheduling and execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with preconstruction personnel and provide updates on project financial status.
- Learn and apply AGTEK Gradeworks and fundamental Autodesk Civil 3D for estimating and GPS-guided field operations.
