What You'll Do
- Advise patients and medical staff on prescription therapies and medication management.
- Lead and oversee the pharmacy team's daily clinical and operational activities.
- Help patients manage chronic health conditions through counseling and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a patient-first environment that aligns with our connected care model.
What We're Looking For
- Valid state Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Ability to manage all aspects of pharmacy operations.
- Excellent clinical counseling and patient communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professional and ethical standards.
