Responsibilities

- Collaborate with software developers during implementation phases
- Support testing and validation of system functionality
- Identify gaps in requirements and propose practical solutions
- Facilitate meetings between business and technical teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout project lifecycles
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives
- Track project progress and report on key milestones
- Ensure alignment between delivered features and business goals
- Use data to inform decision-making and process improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning and reviews
- Manage changes to requirements using structured processes
- Validate system outputs against initial specifications
- Communicate project updates to non-technical stakeholders
- Work with UX designers to refine user workflows
- Support integration testing with third-party systems
- Help prioritize backlog items based on business impact
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies
- Assist in onboarding new team members to project context
- Leverage technical understanding to anticipate implementation challenges
- Document assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
