Responsibilities: - Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Develop robust candidate pipelines through advanced sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, GitHub, and additional recruitment tools. - Execute technical and behavioral candidate assessments to evaluate organizational fit. - Partner closely with hiring managers and talent leadership to comprehensively understand role specifications. - Maintain precise and current candidate documentation within recruitment management systems. - Ensure professional and streamlined candidate engagement throughout recruitment stages. Requirements: - 2-3 years of specialized tech recruiting experience focusing on mid-senior level positions. - Superior written and verbal English communication skills. - Demonstrable success in full-cycle recruitment of specialized technical roles. - Comprehensive understanding of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent platforms. - Proficiency with applicant tracking system tools, with preference for Workable. - Demonstrated results-oriented, collaborative, and proactive professional approach. Nice-to-Have: - Foundational technical understanding or genuine curiosity in software development, cloud technologies, or data science domains.
