About the Role

BrightOrder Inc. is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Executive to generate new business and own the full sales cycle for our fleet management software in the United Kingdom market. You will be responsible for hitting aggressive growth targets, requiring a high-performing, driven sales professional with experience in B2B software sales.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new mid-market business opportunities through cold calling, outbound campaigns, referrals, and virtual or in-person events.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up across phone, email, video, and social channels.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that align BrightOrder's solutions with customer needs.
  • Manage and negotiate contract terms through to deal closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B software or SaaS sales.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing a full sales cycle.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into transport, logistics, or fleet industries.
  • Knowledge of fleet management or maintenance software solutions.
  • Established network within relevant verticals (e.g., logistics, field services).
  • Experience selling to operations, fleet managers, or IT decision-makers.
