TCP Software is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive- Remote

About the Role

TCP Software is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers for our specialized software solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closed deal.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to prospective customers.
  • Drive recurring subscription revenue via new customer acquisition.
  • Achieve and exceed your assigned sales revenue quota.
  • Conduct needs assessments at various levels within customer organizations.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of TCP's niche software products.
  • Maintain an organized database of accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Perform customized presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Accurately manage, track, and forecast revenue opportunities.
  • Communicate a compelling and concise value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing promotion of the company to assigned market segments.
  • Focus on prospecting and outbound sales generation, making 50-75 calls daily.
  • Be responsible for territory planning and management.
  • Travel approximately 20-30%.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven success in maintaining a pipeline 3-5x your quota.
  • Ability to create and assess sales opportunities via a consultative approach.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, detail-oriented, and a good listener.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a high-integrity professional.
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desire to be both a mentor and student contributing to team success.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • An outgoing, high-energy personality who enjoys new challenges and solving problems.
  • A 'how can I help?' attitude and willingness to think outside the box for customers.
  • The drive and organizational skills to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency using CRM automation tools such as Salesforce.
