Fieldguide was looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive

Fieldguide is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive our expansion into new territories by selling our AI Advisory & Audit Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and converting new business development opportunities with net new mid-market accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Hit quota and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Engage with executive-level prospects (CEOs, Managing Partners, Partners, Directors) to position Fieldguide's strategic value proposition and drive deals to closure.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to goals and targets by leveraging MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Set sales direction for overall sales growth to maximize market potential in your assigned territory.
  • Present compelling walkthroughs of Fieldguide's solution to prospects using information uncovered in discovery.
  • Build relationships as a trusted advisor by providing thought leadership to target accounts.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships that create new business opportunities.
  • Travel up to 30% regionally and nationally.

  • Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Ability to uncover client pain points and develop unique and compelling value propositions.
  • Assertive, engaging, passionate, consultative style with a love to compete and win.
  • Great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to Have

  • Cybersecurity audit experience and knowledge are a plus.
