About the Role
The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with operational focus to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. This person will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive data-informed decisions and support go-to-market initiatives across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams
- Support the design and tracking of sales KPIs and quotas
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecasting models
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members
- Evaluate the impact of sales initiatives and campaigns
- Streamline sales operations workflows and documentation
- Partner with marketing to align lead generation with sales capacity
- Conduct regular business reviews with regional sales managers
- Identify gaps in tooling and recommend technology improvements
- Support territory alignment and resource allocation projects
- Track and report on conversion rates across the sales funnel
- Help manage sales incentive and commission plans
- Contribute to quarterly planning and goal-setting processes
- Monitor data quality and lead distribution rules
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for strategic decisions
- Work with finance on revenue tracking and reporting
- Improve sales enablement materials based on feedback
- Assist in scaling processes for new market entries
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies
- Leverage data to reduce sales cycle length
- Propose automation solutions for repetitive tasks
- Coordinate cross-regional projects with minimal oversight
- Maintain version control for sales playbooks
