Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is looking for a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will manage your own caseload while supervising and mentoring junior associates. We are an award-winning firm recognized for six consecutive years as a Best Law Firm®.
What You'll Do
- Handle a personal caseload of litigation matters involving commercial, contract, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.
- Oversee junior associates, assisting in their training and professional development.
- Manage cases independently from start to finish, including strategy, discovery, depositions, expert coordination, law and motion practice, client communication, and trial preparation.
What We're Looking For
- 3 - 6+ years of litigation experience handling general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, and/or business disputes in a law firm.
- Proven ability to independently handle all phases of litigation, from case strategy through trial preparation and mediation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current admission to the State Bar of Nevada.

- Experience overseeing law clerks and/or junior associates.

- Salary: $140,000-$165,000 + performance-based bonus plan.
