Constructor is looking for a Customer Success Manager - French Speaker to join our rapidly growing team. In this remote role, you'll help our customers increase their revenue by improving their search and product discovery experiences. Your mission is to ensure customers successfully implement our product and are thrilled with the results.
What You'll Do
- Repay customers' trust by ensuring they get live with the product and are delighted with the outcomes.
- Understand the needs and roles within enterprise organizations to help manage priorities and resolve misalignments.
- Help craft and dictate both internal and external narratives for what's needed to make a customer successful.
- Effectively ask for and manage engineering time to prioritize important customer work.
- Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
- Create and update customer documentation and training materials as needed.
- Always look for new ways to make the integration process more robust and help customers feel more successful.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You know what an API is and have interacted with them before.
- Excellent ability to quickly understand different roles in an organization, focus on the most important ones, and craft clear narratives.
- Ability to convince and motivate those around you to do what you know is right.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.
- Ability and desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and come up with solutions to problems.
- This role can be located anywhere across EMEA, covering French customers.
