Gusti Leder GmbH is hiring an HR Recruiter (m/f/d) to lead our recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies. You will be instrumental in building our team within a company committed to transparency, quality, and changing the leather industry for the better.

What You'll Do

Lead the recruitment process from initial contact to conducting interviews.
Support active sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Forge and maintain a robust network to create a dynamic talent pool.
Create and distribute compelling job ads and explore new platforms to attract talent.
Evaluate and categorize applicants to align candidate skills with organizational needs.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.
Confident and professional approach to complex and sensitive personnel situations.
Empathetic yet goal-oriented approach to resolve conflicts effectively.
Skills to support team members to achieve their goals.
Communicative and enjoys working in a team.
Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks effectively, and solve problems.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Live close to the area of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
