About the Role

INDG Grip is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive focused exclusively on net-new business sales. You will own opportunities from the first conversation through a signed annual commitment, working closely with internal Solutions teams. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape our enterprise sales structure.

What You'll Do

  • Own net-new enterprise opportunities, running them from qualification to close.
  • Lead discovery, define deal strategy, map stakeholders, and engage executives.
  • Drive structured, high-preparation sales cycles with thorough meeting preparation and internal alignment.
  • Sell toward annual commitments through a structured evaluation process.
  • Work closely with Solutions teams to ensure commercial ambition and technical feasibility stay aligned.
  • Multi-thread enterprise accounts by engaging multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline with high CRM hygiene, updated notes, forecasting, and stakeholder visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of enterprise new business experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently closing large enterprise deals in the range of €100K to €1M+ in annual contract value.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology products, ideally AI-driven, platform-based, or infrastructure-oriented solutions.
  • Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles (6 to 12 months or longer).
  • Strong collaboration experience with Solutions / presales teams.
  • High standards for preparation, detail, organization, and CRM discipline.
  • Strategic relationship builder skilled at multi-threading and expanding relationships across buying committees.
  • Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven, comfortable operating in an evolving environment.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Must speak at least one major European business language (French, German, Dutch, or Italian).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling content-related AI solutions is a plus.
